SLIM ABOVE GROUND RAINWATER TANKS

The Slim tank are the narrowest wall mounted tank available and its unique design makes it visually discreet and easy to install. Modern and visually discreet the above ground systems enable owners of smaller properties and those with limited space to economically reduce their use of mains water.

“How does it work?”

Rain falling on the roof is collected  via the gutters and down pipe to a filter before diverting the water into a storage tank for use in toilets, urinals, washing machines, clean vehicles and irrigate gardens. When an appliance demands water a pump is automatically switched on and draws water from the tank. In the event that the tank runs dry a mains water valve is automatically activated to partly refill the tank

FROGMOUTH FILTER

The Frogmouth is a first stage filter with a 0.9mm stainless steel mesh, designed for efficient filtering of rainwater debris and easy cleaning. It is simple to install into existing down pipes and has a high flow capacity, with an integrated storm water backflow outlet.

• Fully closed filter system, protects from dirt, leaves, moss, vermin and other debris and helps reduce algae growth.
• Minimum cleaning via convenient inspection flap.
• Visually discreet, slim profile making it ideal for installation against a wall at tank level.
• High performance diverting 85 to 90% of rainwater.
• Built in tank overflow to save additional plumbing.

MAINS WATER TOP UP OPTION

The valve allows the tank to be connected to a mains water supply. In the event of demand exceeding rain supply, the valve will open to raise the water level 10 cm using mains water (Note if this system is used the water cannot be used in a hose pipe ban). They are available as both electric and mechanical operation.
