Triple Glazed Rooflights - CONSERVATION STYLE
CONSERVATION STYLE TRIPLE GLAZED ROOFLIGHTS
Our conservation rooflights are manufactured to the same high standard as the conventional triple glazed rooflight but look like a traditional roof window. They have been specifically designed to suit historic and traditional buildings whilst still providing exceptional thermal efficiency, air tightness, secure design and a have a wide range of accessories.

• Excellent thermal efficiency (glass .0.5 W/m2K and window 0.94 W/m2K).
• Triple glazed with krypton gas filled panes.
• The highest level (class 4 ) air tightness.
• Trickle vents by speacil order making it ideal for heat recovery systems.

• Suitable for roof pitches from 200 to 900.
• Ergonomic and elegant handle with “topsafe” security features.
• Bespoke frame and flashing colours by special order.
FLASHING OPTIONS
ELJ - Suitable for flat roof coverings up to 8mm thick such as slate, asphalt, felt, bitumen. (200 to 900 pitch)
EZJ - Suitable for profiles up to 45mm thick such as tiles and metal sheeting (200 to 900 pitch).
EPV - Suitable for plain tiles up to 16mm thick (250 to 900 pitch).

GLASS OPTIONS
Self Cleaning Glass - prevents the build up of dirt on the external surface. The coating allows the dirt to be washed off by water or rain removing the dirt and staining.
Reflective Glass - reflects the sunshine and acts as a mirror from the outside, reducing the transmission of the suns energy to 32%. This is recommended in highly insulated buildings in a South orientation in order to limit over heating through solar gain.
Tinted, sound proof and obscure glass are all available by speacil order - call us to discuss your requirements.
