LOFT HATCHES

Our range are all high quality prefinished hatchs that greatly exceed the airtightness standards and incorporate a range of accesories (see Technical section for fitting instructions). 

• Composite frame with integral closed-cell air/vapour seals and thermal insulation.
• U-Value of 0.35W/m2K.
• Reduces condensation risk in roof space.
• Exceeds air tightness tests set by Building Regulations, NHBC and  Robost detailing.
• Fire resistance and security bolt options available.
• Integrated loft ladders available.

The loft ladders are designed to provide easy access to the loft space. For use with the hinge down lids they are a robust, lightweight aluminium construction in two telescoping sections. Supplied with a pole to enable the ladder to be pulled down. Suitable for floor to floor
heights of 2210 to 2760mm.

ECO FLAPS 

A totally draught proof flap that seals the inside of your letter box. It replaces the brushes, seals and spring systes traditionally used which traps fingers and opens in high winds. The Ecoflap will not blow open even in wind speeds of 114 miles per hour. 

• Suitable for both new build and retro fit.
• It will draught proof a hole up to 80mm x 300mm.
• Only available in white.

OPTIME AIRTIGHT DOWNLIGHT HOUSING

A great system to overcome the challenge of achieving airtight design and continuity of the insulation layer when using downlights.

• Available as Mini and Maxi housing (Maxi housing required if transformer is required).
• Mini will only house the downlight but is ideal for restricted positions.
• Minimises problems associated with condensation.
• Simple to install.
• Provides effective moisture barrier.
• Suitable for downlights up to 50W.
